Your guide to your Remortgage Conveyancing
If you are remortgaging your property, you may be confused about the issues surrounding what needs to be done about arranging remortgage conveyancing. This is why we have put together an easy to follow guide to explain all the stages of transaction.

A completion date will then be agreed.
STAGE THREE: Once documentation and any payment is returned to the solicitor, the completion can be arranged. Your remortgage conveyancing solicitor can then, on completion date, pay off your existing mortgage, collect their legal fees and forwards any remaining money to you. They will also arrange to register your new mortgage to the Land Registry.
